- Usage Data: how you use our site and services — scroll, clicks, custom events (via tools like Microsoft Clarity or Google Analytics).

4 — How We Collect

We may share your information with service providers who perform services on our behalf, including: Amazon Web Services & S3 (hosting), Google Analytics & Microsoft Clarity (analytics), ActiveCampaign & Apollo.io (marketing/CRM), Google Tag Manager, and Google reCAPTCHA.
We may also share data in connection with business transfers, with affiliates bound by this Policy, and with law enforcement where required by law.
8 — Data Retention
We retain Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes in this Policy and to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon deletion, data is removed from active servers within 30 days and from secure backups within 90 days.
9 — Data Security
- Encryption: SSL/TLS in transit and AES-256 at rest.
- Access controls: access restricted to those with a strict business need-to-know, subject to confidentiality.
- Vulnerability scanning: regular security audits and penetration testing.
- Breach notification: procedures to notify you and regulators where legally required, within 72 hours of discovery.

We operate globally, and your data may be transferred to and maintained on computers outside your jurisdiction, including the United States. For EEA/UK users, we ensure adequate protection via adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

14 — California Residents (CCPA & CPRA)
We collect the following categories: identifiers, California Customer Records, commercial information, internet activity, and geolocation data. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration, though use of third-party advertising cookies may qualify as a “sale/share,” which you may opt out of.

15 — Other US States (VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, UCPA)

16 — Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not intended for children under 13 (or 16 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it in compliance with COPPA.

Our Service may link to sites we do not operate. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites — please review their policies.
