Timetabling is one of education’s nastiest constraint-satisfaction problems: hundreds of teachers with workload caps, rooms with capacity limits, subjects with clashing requirements — multiplied across branches. Schools traditionally throw weeks of administrator time at it every term and still end up with conflicts. Da1 Timetable resolves the whole matrix in minutes.

We built the AI scheduling engine and the SaaS around it: a React frontend where administrators express their institution’s real-world constraints, a Node.js and Python backend where the solver balances teacher workloads, room allocation, and multi-branch logistics simultaneously, and integrated payments for institutional subscriptions.
